Every camper deserves a special-eats-treat every now and again, and depending on your time of life and depth of pocket that could mean anything from sit-down fish and chips to white-table clothes and real flowers.
Dorsetcamper.com hopes to explore the gamut of gastronomic fare on offer in our part of the country with, hopefully, something for every pocket and palate. Not everything will be to everyone’s taste, but that’s the point. If you’re after fish and chips and get salmon en croute you’ll probably turn up your nose. But all the more so if you pay restaurant prices and get transport cafe fare. When it comes to eating out, it's horses for courses (although hopefully not literally - unless that’s what you’ve ordered). The difficulty lies in finding the courses that are right for your kind of horses, which isn’t always easy, but we hope these pages may help.
